We are currently hiring four Inserter Machine Operators for a warehouse/printing environment in Parma, OH. These are long-term temporary roles with the possibility of full-time employment for dependable, high-performing individuals with strong attendance and positive attitudes.

First Shift (2 Openings)
· $19.28/hour
· Monday – Friday
· 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Third Shift (2 Openings)
· $22.78/hour
· Sunday night – Friday morning
· 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Position Overview
The Inserter Machine Operator is responsible for operating and assisting with high-speed inserter machines in a warehouse/production setting. This is a physically active position requiring standing and walking for the entire shift.
This role also supports warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, inventory documentation, and preparing materials for the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate high-speed inserter machines
· Load materials, clear jams, unload and tray inserted pieces
· Receive, unload, and document incoming freight
· Stock inventory in designated bin locations
· Pull and prepare materials for production
· Assist with physical inventory
· Maintain organized and accurate documentation
· Follow warehouse safety procedures and policies

Physical Requirements
· Stand and walk for the entire shift
· Frequent bending, twisting, and movement throughout the day
· Lift up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items)
· Comfortable working in a true warehouse environment
· No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor

Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Minimum 3 years of related warehouse or printing experience
· Experience in a roll-fed printing environment preferred
· Technical aptitude to learn complex printing equipment and software controls
· Basic PC skills required
· Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Excellent attendance history and job stability (no large employment gaps)
· Strong work ethic and ability to stay on task
