Job Title: Industrial Supply Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Representative with strong B2B industrial supply & equipment sales experience to manage an outside sales territory in South Raleigh. This role is a blend of existing accounts management and new business development, while calling on customers in the industrial, construction & manufacturing sectors. This person will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture while bringing the drive and independence needed to grow revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management & Business Development.
•Outside sales territory management.
•Execute a hybrid sales strategy including leads and cold calling, networking, on-site visits to customer locations, and attending customer events.
•Serve as a trusted partner ensuring long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.
*Partner closely with inside sales and support staff to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.
•Track account growth, sales activity, and pipeline progress; participate in monthly manager check-ins and quarterly reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS
•5 years of B2B sales experience within industrial, construction, or manufacturing arenas.
•Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
•Skilled in developing new business while nurturing existing account relationships.
•Skilled communicator and collaborator.
