3–5+ years of commercial and/or industrial property management experience required Residential property management experience alone will not be considered Advanced experience with Yardi required (must specify version used; Yardi Breeze Premier strongly preferred) Strong understanding of lease administration, property operations, and financial reporting Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple properties and tenants simultaneously HOA/POA or association management experience preferred Real Estate License, CPM, or RPA designation is a plus
