An established and growing construction company specializing in commercial
industrial projects is seeking a Project Manager to support continued growth.

This role is well-suited for someone with previous project management experience in commercial industrial construction and wants to grow into leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong initiative, a safety-first mindset, and a desire to learn.

Overview:

The Project Manager will support projects from bidding and planning through execution and closeout, with an emphasis on learning processes and working closely with field teams. Time in the field is expected to gain a strong understanding of operations, labor needs, and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Estimating, bidding, and job planning
- Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and coordination of field crews.
- Manage material takeoffs, supply ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Track project progress, costs, and schedules, identifying risks or issues early.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, clients, and internal teams.
- Support safety, quality, and compliance standards across job sites.
- Participate in project meetings and provide clear communication to leadership.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a project manager in commercial construction, preferably in industrial or infrastructure environments
- Experience in estimating, bidding, labor coordination, and job cost tracking for large commercial projects
- Strong initiative, accountability, and safety mindset
- Able to work collaboratively with both field and office teams
- Able to travel occasionally for out of state projects
