Industrial Maintenance Lead – 2nd Shift

$35/hr | Direct Hire | Full Benefits Day 1
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Lead for a sheet metal manufacturing facility. This role will lead 2nd shift maintenance operations, troubleshoot industrial equipment, minimize downtime, and support production teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and support maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on:
Press brakes
CNC laser cutters
Turret punches
Welders
Roll formers
Support safety, PM schedules, CMMS documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
3–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Leadership or team lead experience required
Experience working on industrial machinery (NOT residential)
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
PLC and CMMS experience preferred
