We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Inbound Lead Closer to convert warm leads into booked travel experiences. You will speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in becoming travel agents or booking travel services. Your goal is to engage, educate, and guide them toward taking the next step—whether that’s joining our agency or booking their dream trip.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on connection, communication, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries from prospective travel agents and travelers via phone, email, text, and online forms.
Qualify leads by understanding their goals, travel interests, and readiness to move forward.
Present the benefits of becoming a travel agent with Archer/Evolution or booking travel through our agency.
Build rapport and trust to guide prospects confidently through the decision-making process.
Close warm leads efficiently while maintaining professionalism and exceptional service.
Follow up with undecided leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates in the CRM system.
Stay informed about travel industry trends, supplier offerings, and agency benefits.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry roles preferred.
Strong closing skills with the ability to convert warm leads into action.
Excellent communication—clear, confident, and personable.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of inbound leads.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Motivated by goals, performance metrics, and earning potential.
Passion for travel and helping others explore the world.
