We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join the inbound call center team, supporting prior authorization requests. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Start Date: December 8, 2025
Remote Salary $19 p/hr
Training on:5800 Northampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502

Training & Schedule
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST (8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST).
• Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (first and last week onsite for training and collaboration; remainder remote).
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST (consistent schedule shared at time of offer).
Must be available to work MLK Day (1/19/2026)—this is a required workday

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls related to prior authorizations and prescription inquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, healthcare providers, and partners.
• Utilize multiple systems to review, process, and document prior authorization requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to ensure successful case resolution.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality with every interaction.

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or call center environment (required).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
