Job Title: Inbound Call Center – Pre-Authorizations
Contract: Temporary
Location: Mason, OH (remote)
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Representative. You will handle incoming calls with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency, providing excellent customer service to address questions, concerns, and requests. You will verify and document all necessary information in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, following established workflows for processing pre-authorization requests. The role requires collaboration with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and active participation in all training sessions, including on-the-job training (OJT). You will utilize provided equipment and technology effectively, whether working onsite or virtually, and adhere to HIPAA and company confidentiality standards.
Schedule & Pay:
• Must be available Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST (final schedule shared with offer).
• Pay rate: $19/hr
Training:
• Duration: ~6 weeks (including 2 weeks on-the-job training).
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST / 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST.
• Training mix: First and last week onsite with supervisor/SME support; remainder virtual/WFH.
• Equipment shipped to site; overview and setup supported onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls related to pre-authorizations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service while addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
• Verify and document necessary information in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Follow prescribed workflows and procedures for processing pre-authorization requests.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues.
• Attend all training sessions and actively participate in on-the-job training (OJT).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company policies at all times.
• Meet performance and quality standards, including call handling, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize provided equipment and technology effectively, both onsite and while working virtually.
• Be flexible and available to work assigned shifts within the 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST window, including MLK Day as required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Must be available Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST (final schedule shared with offer).
• Must be available to work MLK Day (1/19/2026).
