We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that will initially serve as maternity leave coverage for a period of four months. For the right candidate who demonstrates excellence and strong team fit, there is a distinct possibility of transitioning into a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate customs entries in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

Manage document flow and ensure timely processing of import shipments.

Communicate effectively with carriers, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry standards.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customs brokerage or import operations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CargoWise is required.

Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for accuracy; you understand that in our industry, one small error can lead to significant delays.

Adaptability: You are comfortable stepping into an established workflow and can hit the ground running quickly.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries and internal reporting.

Must clear a background check and drug screening prior to starting.
