Implementation Technician – SIP | Hosted Voice | PBX
Hands-On. High Impact. Real Growth.
Our client is seeking an Implementation Technician to support the deployment and troubleshooting of SIP-based voice services, hosted voice platforms, and premise PBX systems. This role is perfect for a motivated technician who enjoys working hands-on with voice and network technologies and wants to grow deeper in VoIP implementations.

What You’ll Do
Implement SIP trunking, hosted voice, and PBX solutions
Configure and support routers, switches, and CPE equipment
Assist with WAN turn-ups, testing, and go-live activations
Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, and call quality issues
Coordinate with carriers, LECs, and NeuStar (NPAC) for provisioning and number porting
Create and maintain basic technical documentation
Support pre-sales and post-sales technical needs


What You Bring
2–3 years experience in VoIP, SIP, hosted voice, or PBX environments
Solid understanding of SIP and VoIP fundamentals
Experience with hosted voice platforms or premise PBX systems
Basic LAN/WAN networking knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
