We're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to manage employee benefits implementations, client onboarding, system setup, and renewal projects. This role works closely with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
*Employee Benefits industry experience REQUIRED (TPA, benefits administration, insurance, or brokerage)
*2+ years of implementation, project coordination, or account management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
*Experience working with benefits plans, enrollment data, COBRA, FSA, or related programs preferred
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office
