Description:
Our new business Identity Theft Specialists are on the frontlines of our mission to protect families, serving as the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll not only earn great money, but you’ll be doing work you can feel good about as you guide clients through the process of protecting their loved ones from identity theft.
Your role in protecting families will include:
Build quick rapport with clients using your assertiveness and confidence to educate them on the value of Identity Theft protection and protecting themselves and their family.
Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers.
Provide support and information to customers who fear they may have had their identity stolen
Responding to requests for general information regarding Identity Theft Protection
Assist current customers with updating their payment and contact information
Answer questions regarding possible data breaches
Responding to emails
Taking inbound / making outbound phone calls
On occasion assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone
