IT Support Specialist

Position Overview: Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Support Specialist! We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who is passionate about providing top-notch technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network administration and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
