This IT Support/Help Desk Position Features:
• Would enjoy provide IT/Help Desk suppport
• Hours may be 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday on-site


Immediate need for IT Help Desk.in San Diego on-site.

Skills and Experience
Solid experience with Windows platform support and relevant troubleshooting.
Basic Linux (RedHat) operation and troubleshooting is a plus
Knowledge of Cisco IP phone and Video Conference system maintenance
Solid knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP protocols
Solid experience with MS Office suite
Solid experience in Window 10 installation and troubleshooting
Good communication skill and customer oriented
Good problem solving skill and be able to work independently
Be able to remote support user over the phone
Must have positive working attitude and willing to travel

Responsibilities:
Provide users IT services orientation
Prepare laptops, desktops with Windows and Linux images including software application installation
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
Provide backup/Restore service if need to reimage.
Basic trouble shooting and maintain Cisco IP phones and Video conference devices.
Track trouble tickets update status in the ticket system.
Maintain IT equipment inventory
Work with IT team members in other offices and escalate unsolved trouble tickets

Additional Skills

Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science or equivalent experience. May sometime drive to another branch so a driver's record check will be administered once offer made as well as criminal history background check.
