?? Schedule: Monday to Friday
?? Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
?? Location: Shreveport, LA (in-office)

?? What You’ll Do:

Provide basic technical support to internal teams
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Help maintain IT systems and equipment
Support setup and configuration tasks
Collaborate with team members to resolve user issues

Interest in IT and technology
Education or training in IT preferred (but not required)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
