Position Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: Hudson Valley In Office
Compensation: $26.00 per hour

Position Overview:
Company seeks a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Support Analyst to support our internal IT operations and infrastructure. This role is responsible for delivering technical support to employees, maintaining enterprise systems, and participating in operational and strategic IT initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Server 2022, and Windows 11 endpoints, along with familiarity in network troubleshooting, virtualization, and endpoint security.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or higher in a technology-related field (preferred)
• Minimum of one year in a technical support or IT infrastructure role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows 11
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization and network troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Defender Essential Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage Help Desk operations; ensure timely resolution of support tickets
• Support data backup operations, offsite rotation, recovery testing, and restoration activities
• Provide hardware/software support for end-user devices and peripherals
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2022 and VMware vSphere environments
• Manage updates and licensing for Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 applications
• Deploy and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune
• Oversee mobile device lifecycle and compliance
• Assist with identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA and conditional access
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts via Microsoft Defender tools
• Provide support for networking equipment and assist with structured cabling
• Maintain telephony systems, including VoIP and analog setups
• Act as initial support for website-related member issues
• Monitor acceptable internet usage and escalate as necessary
• Participate in system upgrades and IT projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Capability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work at a computer and sit for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
