Resumen del Puesto:
El/la IT Support será responsable de brindar apoyo técnico en la configuración, mantenimiento y gestión de equipos tecnológicos dentro de la organización. Este rol asegura que los usuarios cuenten con herramientas funcionales y correctamente configuradas para sus labores diarias.
Responsabilidades:
Asistir en la programación y configuración de computadoras nuevas
Asignar usuarios y credenciales de acceso
Crear y administrar cuentas de correo electrónico
Brindar soporte básico a dispositivos móviles y computadoras
Apoyar en la resolución de incidencias técnicas
Requisitos:
Mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia en roles similares
Experiencia trabajando con computadoras y dispositivos móviles (preferible)
Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información o Ciencias de Computadoras
Certificación CompTIA A+ (preferible)
