Position Summary:
The IT Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the continuous and optimal operation of the Information Systems Department. This role provides technical support for the maintenance and performance of the computerized and information systems.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems Department.
Ensure the continuous performance and security of all computer and information systems.
Provide technical support for system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and lead improvement initiatives to optimize system performance.
Collaborate with management and internal teams to meet IT requirements.
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate system documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT, preferably within a financial institution.
Preferably bilingual (Spanish and English).
Knowledge and experience with the Helvetia system (preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
