Estamos contratando "IT Specialist" para industria de Manufactura Textil,en CAMUY, PR.
ACTIVIDADES:
· Identificar y resolver problemas con la tecnología (hardware, software y redes).
· Configurar y dar soporte a hardware, software, impresoras, tabletas y teléfonos.
· Resolver los errores registrados de manera oportuna.
· Brindar asistencia en TI al personal.
· Monitorear el rendimiento de hardware, software y sistemas, etc.
HORARIO: Lunes a Viernes 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
SALARIO: $15.00P/H + Beneficios

REQUISITOS:
· Bachillerato en Informática, Tecnología de la Información o afines.
· 3 a 5 años como especialista en soporte técnico de TI.
· Conocimiento profundo de hardware, software y redes informáticas
· Dominio del software de mesa de ayuda de TI, como Spiceworks.
· Experiencia en la documentación de procesos y monitoreo de métricas de rendimiento.
· Conocimiento avanzado en mantenimiento de bases de datos y seguridad del sistema.
· Conocimiento de productos Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Power Bi).
· Microsoft SQL |Windows 10, 11 Professional |Windows Server 2012 a 2021|Sistema operativo Android (Tabletas) | Software Manage Engine.
· Cableado estructurado, control de acceso, cámaras, instalación y resolución de problemas.
· Mantenimiento de impresoras láser.
· Bilingüe (español e inglés)
