Job Post: IT Specialist
The IT Specialist monitors, troubleshoots, and services organizational computers, devices and network. The position requires installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problems either in person or remotely.
•Service both, the organization and its clients with the installation and configuration of new workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, applications, and networking equipment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, and support workstations, applications, and network
•Ensure the organization meets established SLA
•For any rendered service, ensure to document
o Nature of service or incident
o Troubleshooting steps
o Resolution steps
•Serve as a liaison between the organization, its clients and any hardware, software vendor in any IT-related process
•Keep corporate resources up to date
