We have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager in San Diego, CA and looking for someone with government sales experience!

As the premier IT Support provider for Construction Contractors, we understand the needs of construction companies and offer the customized IT services and support platform they need to solve some of their most pressing technological and operational challenges. We are active in the San Diego construction community. We are members of contractor associations and sit on many different committees.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in government, preferably with SAM gov experience and familiarity with DoD general contractors. This role focuses on driving business growth through targeted community and client outreach, supporting sales enablement to promote and sell our products and services, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships within government sectors, facilitating sales processes, and collaborating across departments to meet strategic goals. Will attend Associations.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, with 3+ years focused on government or public sector clients.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, DoD and SAM
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Great culture collaborative environment. Dog friendly.
Looking for a go getter, someone who is persistent.
