Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Bilingual Mandarin IT Office Assistant to support our Director of Technology and key projects! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)

Some IT experience or IT-related degree preferred

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Comfortable with occasional travel

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate meetings, events, and project logistics

Support IT and Finance processes, including procurement, budgets, and expense reporting

Track and distribute documents, contracts, and approvals

Reconcile invoices and assist with vendor communications

Provide general administrative support to management

Troubleshoot technical issues and support IT projects

Lift/move up to 20 lbs and travel to other sites as needed

Qualifications/Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

2+ years administrative support experience, ideally in IT or accounting

Strong understanding of tech terms, Microsoft enterprise agreements, and subscription processes

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities
