OA Reference: IT Infrastructure Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Services Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize critical infrastructure systems across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, leading system and network implementations, and ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience managing vendor relationships, and the ability to lead major upgrades, reconfigurations, and capacity planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical problems across infrastructure environments.
Lead implementations for systems and networks, including developing comprehensive testing plans to ensure high-quality deployment.
Represent major system upgrades and reconfigurations during change control processes.
Design and analyze a mix of vendor services to meet business and technical requirements, maintaining strong relationships with key vendors.
Lead “lights-on” initiatives, including equipment consolidation and business relocation projects.
Conduct capacity analysis, recommend and implement capacity enhancements as needed.
Serve as the technical escalation point for issues identified during preventive maintenance activities.
Oversee and supervise preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal system performance.
Perform the most complex operational and administrative infrastructure tasks.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or operations role in one or more of the following areas:
Servers
Networks
Telecommunications
Storage
Mainframe
Operating systems
Middleware
Disaster recovery
Collaboration technologies
Hardware/software support
Other infrastructure services roles
A combination of education and related experience may be considered in place of formal degree requirements.
