A prominent state government agency is seeking an Advanced Business Analyst to join our team. If you enjoy working on complex, change-oriented projects that make a real impact, this position is for you.

You'll serve as a vital link between our business programs and the IT organization, helping to implement small to large-scale projects that improve how we serve the people of our state. While experience in the government sector is not required, it is strongly desired.

This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work. You'll work three days a week in our office and have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.

• Guide Projects: Facilitate communication and negotiate agreements between business units and IT throughout the project life cycle, from initial requirements to final implementation.

• Improve Processes: Assist in the redesign and documentation of business processes, and proactively identify risks, issues, and solutions to ensure project success.

• Research & Recommend: Research business rules and data models, and provide recommendations on potential solutions, including "buy vs. build" decisions.
