IT Field Support Technician (Temporary Assignment)

?? Assignment Dates: October 16 – November 15
? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (must be open to overtime and weekends as needed)
?? Pay Rate: $25/hour

Requirements:

Must clear Live Scan background check and have a clean driving record

Valid driver’s license required (this is a driving position – staff will operate County vehicles)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, configure, and troubleshoot IT devices (PCs, laptops, and cell phones)

Set up IT workstations for election operations at multiple sites (Norwalk HQ, TOC, VOC, and Vote Center locations)

Deprocess, break down, inventory, and store IT devices after use

Support election operations by checking in, monitoring, and assisting with both administrative and IT tasks

Provide assistance as a Field Support Technician and Call Center Agent during off-site training
