Are you passionate about technology and ready to roll up your sleeves to keep IT operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Depot Technician to join our fast-paced, hands-on team in Springville, UT. If you're experienced in hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and inventory management, this is your chance to step into a vital role and make an immediate impact.

Pay: $25/hour
Location: On-site – Springville, UT
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate Hire

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and report on assets: inventory, shipping, returns, orders, and repairs
Handle work orders and support tickets – keep the queue clean and moving
Perform cycle counts and maintain depot inventory (devices, peripherals)
Pack and ship devices/kits to end users – includes lifting PCs, monitors, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on laptops, desktops, tablets
Reimage and repair devices, replace internal components as needed
Track devices sent to 3rd parties and manage warranty/out-of-warranty part orders
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and IT guidelines
Set up and support PCs, Macs, iPads, and tablets
Manage mobile device activations and lifecycle (XenMobile or similar MDM a plus)

What We're Looking For:
A+ Certification or equivalent Depot/Workstation support experience
Familiarity with SCCM OSD or desktop imaging tools
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Bonus: Experience with mobile device management (XenMobile or similar)

Preferred: 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
Work with a supportive, tech-savvy team
