MUST-HAVES:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Analytical skills with ability to handle detail-oriented tasks and review multiple documents and reports.
*Ability to learn and become proficient in GEN2/HRMS computer operating system.
HUGE PLUS:
* Experience working in the Corrugated Manufacturing Industry.
* Bilingual Spanish.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
* Being the primary point of contact for the Customer and Outside Sales Rep for order placement.
* Process orders and new items received from Customers and Sales Reps using HRMS system.
* Tracking orders, initiating changes, and expediting orders per Customer or Sales Rep requests and communicating appropriately.
* Initiating outside manufacturing orders, as appropriate, communicating all necessary details and handling follow up, as required.
