Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking for a stable opportunity in a professional and supportive work environment? We’re hiring a detail-oriented A/R Clerk with strong skills in account reconciliation, lien waiver management, and ERP systems. This is a temporary role with potential for permanent placement and benefits upon hire.

What You’ll Do:
-Manage Customer Accounts: Identify and follow up on delinquent accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
-Collections & Payment Plans: Work directly with customers to resolve payment issues and establish payment arrangements.
-Reconcile Accounts: Ensure accuracy through regular reconciliation of customer accounts.
-Lien Waivers & Resale Certificates: Maintain organized records and follow up with customers for required documentation.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support sales, marketing, and shipping teams with timely and accurate account information.
-Accounting Support: Perform general accounting tasks in line with company procedures.
-Account Holds: Monitor and place past-due accounts on hold as needed.
LienWriter Software: Utilize LienWriter to generate waivers and track project documentation.


What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of experience in accounts receivable
-Strong skills in account reconciliation and lien waiver management
-Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
-Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
-Team player with a professional demeanor
-AA or BA/BS in Accounting or related field preferred (not required)
