What You’ll Do

Drive Financial Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking across operations.

Build Strategic Tools: Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track costs, margins, and operational trends.

Executive Partnership: Present executive-level insights, risks, and strategic recommendations directly to leadership.

Operational Finance: Perform deep dives into product/inventory margins, cost structures, and supply chain efficiency.

System Optimization: Refine reporting processes and maximize our ERP and BI tools for maximum impact.



What We’re Looking For

Industry Experience: Strong FP&A/Corporate Finance background strictly within tire, automotive, industrial manufacturing, distribution, or related supply-chain sectors. (Candidates from banking/financial services or healthcare will not be considered).

Analytical Mindset: Proven expertise in financial modeling, cost/margin analysis, and dashboard creation.

Cross-Functional Collaborator: Ability to partner seamlessly with accounting, supply chain, and operations teams.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ERP systems and modern Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
