We’re looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our client’s team in Irving, TX for a temp-to-hire assignment lasting over 3 months

Position Details:
• Start Date: January
• Provided Work-at-Home Equipment
• Role: Customer Care Associate
• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire / will be permanent depending on performance
• Location: Hybrid – 1 day in office / 4-day work-from-home (Irving, TX)
• Pay Rate: $18.50-$19.50/hr 
• Training: 7 weeks in office (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
• Schedule Options:
– Monday–Friday: Any 8 Hour shift between (7AM-7PM EST)

Key Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous experience in Any Type of Customer Service, Call Center or related roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must have a quiet workspace for remote work and stable internet connection (wired connection preferred)
• Open to feedback and adaptable to process changes

Job Overview:
As a Customer Care Associate, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service by managing inbound inquiries and acting as an extension of our clients. You’ll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate solutions and building trust through professional and empathetic interactions.
