Human Resources Manager / Director
Location: Orlando, FL | Full-Time, On-Site | Exempt

Position Summary

This position blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring alignment of people practices, compliance, and business processes to support firm-wide goals. The ideal candidate brings strong HR expertise, sound business judgment, and experience thriving in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policies
Manage compensation programs, annual salary reviews, and benefits administration
Coordinate open enrollment and manage vendor and broker relationships
Administer the 401(k) plan, including compliance and annual filings
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Partner with Accounting on payroll, benefits, and insurance programs
Manage HRIS, payroll coordination, ACA reporting, and required EEOC/CMS filings
Support operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience in multi-site or high-volume environments preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
High ethical standards and integrity
