Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of our human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, and staff development. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong strategic and operational HR expertise.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organization Development (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of HR management, compensation, and benefits experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and employee records
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Manage compensation plans, benefits programs, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with federal and Texas employment laws
- Support managers in employee development and engagement
- Use HRIS tools (Paylocity preferred) to track and improve processes
