Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full-time temporary assignment in Riverside, CA. This 60 to 90 day opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with onboarding, and helping keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and employee orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, personnel changes, and related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring process coordination.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and HR-related administrative support.
- Track compliance-related documents, reporting requirements, and HR process deadlines.
- Partner with the HR team to support daily operations and ensure timely follow-through on employee service needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $25 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Assignment type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment length: Approximately 60 to 90 days.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate recruitment support tasks, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and compliance tracking.
- 1+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and recordkeeping practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Prior experience supporting HR operations in an education or administrative environment.
- Ability to start quickly and commit to a 60 to 90 day temporary assignment.
