About the Role
As our Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and strengthening our HR operations. You’ll partner with the Corporate HR Director and company leadership to implement HR programs, support recruiting and onboarding, lead training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance across multiple states. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact every day.
What You’ll Do
Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Support training, development, and performance management programs
Assist with benefits administration and compensation processes
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws
Maintain HRIS data and employee personnel records
Support safety programs, workers’ compensation, and commercial insurance needs
Prepare HR reports and assist the HR Director with administrative tasks
What You Bring
3+ years of HR experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of multistate employment laws, benefits, and workers’ compensation
Proficiency with HRIS systems and general office software
