Looking to be the heartbeat of a buzzing office? We need a people-savvy, multitasking HR pro who’s ready to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and keep our Irvine team happy, compliant, and running smooth as butter.

What You’ll Own:

?? Talent Whisperer
Handle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations like a champ. From posting jobs to welcoming new hires, you’re the go-to HR guru making sure everyone feels valued.

?? Policy Patrol
Keep the employee handbook fresh and the company compliant with all the latest labor laws — you’re basically the office legal eagle.

?? Payroll & Benefits Sidekick
Help manage payroll accuracy, benefits enrollment, and answer those “Wait, how does this work?” questions with patience and a smile.

?? Employee Experience Architect
Support staff with everything from conflict resolution to performance reviews, making sure morale stays sky-high.

?? Data Detective
Maintain HR records, generate reports, and keep all the confidential stuff locked down tight.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree holder (HR, Business, or related field)

HR experience that shows you can juggle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with style

Great communicator with a knack for empathy and problem-solving

A quick learner who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software
