Summary:
Seeking a Human Resources System Consultant to lead clients through the full implementation of HR systems, from initial analysis to post-go-live support. This role blends project management, HR knowledge, and technology to deliver customized solutions that optimize human capital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through full-cycle implementation of HR and payroll systems.
• Analyze existing HR processes and configure systems to meet organizational needs.
• Lead client onboarding, data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Configure modules such as employee records, time & attendance, recruiting, evaluations, and payroll.
• Serve as main point of contact for the client throughout the project.
• Ensure alignment between system capabilities and HR operational goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and core HR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
