HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Strategic partner driving talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, department heads, and HR teams to design and deliver people strategies that drive business results. You will serve as a trusted advisor, enabling leadership effectiveness, workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational performance. This position plays a critical role in aligning HR practices with strategic goals and supporting a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational challenges, workforce planning, talent gaps, and development needs.

Provide guidance on performance management, leadership coaching, organizational design, and employee engagement strategies.

Leverage analytics and workforce data to provide insights and influence decisions around talent management, retention, and workforce optimization.

Lead and support key HR initiatives including succession planning, change management, employee relations, and leadership development.

Drive talent reviews and facilitate the implementation of individual development plans and team effectiveness solutions.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Development, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and cultural evolution efforts.

Facilitate employee development programs and leadership workshops to support management effectiveness.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated, understood, and consistently applied.

Serve as a mediator for conflict resolution and guide leaders in handling complex employee relations issues.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the business units supported.

Stay informed of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to maintain compliance and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or organizational development role.

Strong experience supporting executive-level leaders and influencing business decisions through a people-first lens.

Deep knowledge of employment law, organizational development principles, talent management, and performance coaching.

Demonstrated ability to lead and execute cross-functional HR projects with measurable outcomes.

Strong facilitation, consulting, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, and global environments.

Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and data to inform strategy.

Agile, resourceful, and proactive in driving change and continuous improvement.
