Position: Human Resources Assistant – Payroll and Benefits
Location: San Juan
Annual Salary: depending on experience

Position Overview:
This role will support HR functions related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance reports. The person will work with digital payroll systems to ensure accurate records and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and verify employee time records.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and updates.
• Prepare and maintain attendance and payroll reports.
• Respond to employee questions about payroll or benefits.
• Keep digital and paper records organized.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Labor Relations.
• Experience working with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with payroll systems (Kronos, ADP, or similar digital platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
