What You Will Do
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our HR team run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews
Helping with onboarding and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and informed
Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance tasks
Assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Being a go-to resource for team members with questions or concerns
