Are you an HR professional with a passion for efficiency, problem-solving, and supporting employees? We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point person for all HR processing, including enrollment, addressing general HR inquiries, managing retroactive coverage for injuries and claims, and overseeing workers’ compensation claims. Additionally, you will work with HR management portals to streamline processes and handle waivers and indemnification procedures.

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 19 hours per week between Monday and Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. However, candidates with HR compliance and leadership experience may have the opportunity for full-time hours. We are looking for someone who is proactive, knowledgeable, and comfortable navigating HR operations with confidence and professionalism.
