Are you passionate about supporting a dynamic workforce in the construction industry? We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to make an impact across job sites and office operations.
As a key member of our HR team, you’ll manage recruitment for skilled trades, ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture. If you’re experienced in construction HR and ready to grow with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles including laborers, mechanics, truck drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff.
-Coordinate onboarding and orientation with a focus on safety and compliance.
-Administer benefits, workers’ compensation, and leave programs tailored to construction staff.
-Handle employee relations both in-office and on-site, promoting a respectful and compliant culture.
-Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, union agreements, and labor laws.
-Maintain accurate personnel records including certifications and training.
-Support performance management and skill development initiatives.
-Assist with payroll coordination, including union and certified reporting.
-Organize safety training and ensure proper documentation.
-Collaborate with project managers to address workforce needs and resolve HR issues.


Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
-Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in construction or a similar industry.
-Strong understanding of OSHA, labor laws, and union environments.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with field staff.
-High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
-Proficiency in iSolve, MS Office, and Excel.
-PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
