About the Role:
Are you a BILINGUAL HR professional looking to grow your experience in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking a Temporary Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department for 6 months. This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll assist with day-to-day operations and contribute to key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
-Support the Director of Human Resources with daily tasks and special projects
-Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
-Maintain and update job descriptions, employee handbooks, and HR documentation
-Use HR software to manage performance reviews, leave requests, training, and compliance
-Conduct or support employee training sessions and development programs
-Help ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
-Participate in investigations related to employee relations issues
-Prepare reports and documentation for HR activities
-Provide employee support and escalate issues when needed
What We’re Looking For:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or PHR/CP certification)
*Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including 1 year in labor relations and compliance
*Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
*Strong communication and organizational skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet, Sage HRMS, and LMS systems is a plus
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
*High ethical standards and professionalism
