Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Location: Delano and Richgrove, CA 93261 (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Travel: Required to 4 local sites (must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support all aspects of human resources across multiple locations. This hands-on role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, workers’ compensation, and leave management.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site HR representative across four locations, supporting employees and supervisors.
Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.
Conduct and document workers’ compensation investigations and follow-up.
Support FMLA, leave of absence tracking, and compliance with labor laws.
Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Translate and communicate HR policies and procedures in both English and Spanish.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
Partner with leadership to ensure consistent application of HR practices.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak fluently)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or SHRM certification
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or cold storage
Strong knowledge of California labor laws, FMLA, and workers’ compensation
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Stable work history with no significant employment gaps or frequent job changes

Work Environment:
Field-based role with regular travel to cold storage and agricultural sites
Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and walking production or field areas
