We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support and administer key HR processes, including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, employee communications, wellness initiatives, leave management, and general HR operations.

This role requires strong independent judgment, confidentiality, and excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning, executing, and continuously improving HR processes in compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
-Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, interviews, and selection processes for technical and administrative roles.
-Administer onboarding, leave management, and offboarding processes.
-Support benefits and insurance administration, including vendor communication and HRIS data management.

-Participate in internal and external audits related to HR and labor compliance.
-Contribute to professional development, employee engagement, and workplace wellness initiatives.
-Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (physical and electronic files).
-Coordinate employee events, conferences, and engagement activities.
-Support adherence to company policies and current labor regulations.
-Provide direct support to the HR Manager as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar HR functions.

-Up-to-date knowledge of local and federal labor laws.

-Fully bilingual (English & Spanish), written and verbal.

-Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

-Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
