Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of our HR department, supporting a wide range of administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of federal and state labor laws and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Process payroll, benefits, and leave requests.

Support the performance management process.

Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
