Immediate need for an HR Assistant

Are you an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys supporting a busy team and making a difference behind the scenes? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team and help keep our Human Resources operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
-Maintain accurate and organized employee files and documentation
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism
-Greet and assist walk-in employees and visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude
-Monitor and manage the HR email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
-Support HR compliance activities and assist with employee exit processes
-Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Assist with various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring:
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
-Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus
