A local client his looking to hire an HR Assistant to join their Fremont Office. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience supporting an HR team with the following:
-Assist with administrative task
-File and maintain personnel records and HR documentation
-Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
-Assist and support walk-in employees and applicants
-Monitor and maintain the HR email inbox, responding or escalating as needed
-Support HR compliance activities and employee exit processes
-Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR systems
-Assist with ongoing and special HR projects as assigned
Skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in HR or related field preferred
-Previous administrative or HR support experience is a plus
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
-Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
