MUST BE LOCAL TO NASHVILLE TN TO APPLY Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $18.50 per hour This individual will assist with a range of administrative and onboarding tasks, including but not limited to: Tracking and updating reports. Temp time approvals and invoice processing Scheduling interviews and calendar coordination (Outlook, Calendly) Preparing interview guides and onboarding materials Managing communication workflows for new hires (emails, Formstack entries, etc.) Ensuring timely uploads various internal networks Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance throughout all duties The ideal candidate will have: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High typing speed and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard business tools The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain HIPAA compliance Previous experience in HR support roles .
