We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our client. If you have blending experience and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

?? What You’ll Do
Mix and blend raw materials according to precise specifications
Record batch data including ingredients, measurements, and results
Monitor blending processes to ensure uniform, high-quality output
Prepare and weigh ingredients for chemical and pigment production
Clean and maintain equipment between batches
Collect samples for QA testing to ensure product consistency
? Qualifications
Brillium Testing required
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of blending experience
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to follow safety guidelines and SOPs
?? Physical & Work Requirements
Lift up to 55 lbs. consistently
Work in hot, dusty environments
Safely operate a forklift
