Housing Location Navigator
Looking for a passionate and driven Housing Location Navigator! In this role, you’ll work closely with property owners and managers to connect homeless individuals and families with permanent housing. You'll help identify housing needs, educate clients on available resources, and assist them throughout the application and leasing process. You’ll also build relationships with housing providers and ensure clients have the support they need to secure stable homes.
